Ingredients
- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced

- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice (for serving)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Prepare coconut rice by cooking rice with coconut milk according to package instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, lime juice, maple syrup, ginger, and garlic for the sauce.
- Heat coconut oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Stir-fry beef until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, and onion to the skillet and stir-fry until slightly tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
- Return beef to the skillet. Pour in the sauce and stir to coat.
- Cook for another minute or two, until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the stir-fry over coconut rice.
