Ingredients

  • Sweet potato, peeled and diced

  • Smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • Cottage cheese
  • Dill, fresh, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté diced sweet potato in olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat until softened, about 8-10 minutes.
