- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Large lettuce leaves (for wrapping), such as butter or romaine
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute more.
- Stir in soy sauce, gochujang, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
- In a bowl, combine sliced cabbage, kimchi, and green onions. Toss to combine.
- To assemble the wraps, spoon the beef mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with kimchi slaw and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
