Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber, diced
- Red onion, sliced
- Zucchini, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and pat dry salmon fillets.
- In a baking dish, toss cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, chopped zucchini, and bell peppers with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
- Place salmon fillets on top of the vegetables.
