  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • Butter lettuce leaves
  • Green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and black pepper. Marinate the beef in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  2. For the slaw: In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and gochujang. Mix well.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated beef until it's cooked through and slightly caramelized, about 3-5 minutes.
