  • 1 head of lettuce (butter or romaine)
  • Kimchi Fried Rice: 2 cups cooked rice, 1 cup chopped kimchi, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/2 cup chopped tofu
