Instructions
- Prepare the dipping sauce by whisking together all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip a rice paper wrapper in the water for a few seconds until softened.

- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
