  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Optional: kimchi, if tolerated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang and rice vinegar.
