Ingredients
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, thinly sliced

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Cook rice noodles according to package directions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Stir-fry pork until browned and cooked through. Remove from the wok.
- Add cabbage and mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
