Ingredients

  • Sweet potato
  • Spinach
  • Smoked salmon
  • Onion
  • Bell pepper
  • Coconut milk

Instructions

  2. Dice the sweet potato and sauté with chopped onion and bell pepper in olive oil until softened, about 8 minutes.
